Ingredients
- 450 g chicken thighs or breasts, cut into strips
- • Salt and pepper
- • 1 tbsp oil (vegetable or olive oil)
For the glaze:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- • 1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
- • 2 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- • 1 tsp grated ginger
- • Mix 1 tsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp water (to thicken)
